HOW THE AMC STOCK PAIRING WORKS
A percentage of eligible token transaction taxes is routed through the project’s private backend API into a dedicated stock-pairing treasury. The backend records the collected on-chain value, applies configured conversion and execution rules, and coordinates purchases or treasury exposure linked to AMC stock through an approved brokerage or settlement provider. The dashboard displays the amount routed, recorded exposure, history, and relevant references.

No. Unless explicitly announced through verified corporate channels, this is an independent community initiative and is not endorsed by AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc.
Does holding the token mean I own AMC shares?+
Not automatically. Token ownership and legal ownership of stock are separate. Any AMC-linked treasury exposure belongs to the entity or structure controlling the treasury unless formal documentation states otherwise.
How are taxes routed?+
Eligible token taxes are collected according to the smart contract configuration. The pairing allocation is then processed through backend infrastructure and a private API.
Where is the AMC exposure held?+
The actual legal entity, broker, custodian, or settlement provider will be displayed only after it is finalized and can be verified.
Can the pairing API fail?+
Yes. The system supports failed, delayed, rejected, and manually reviewed states. Unsuccessful execution attempts must remain visible.
Is the token price pegged to AMC stock?+
No. The token trades independently in an open crypto market. Treasury exposure does not guarantee parity, redemption, or a minimum token value.
Is this a security?+
